Notes on Tales of Dragons and Fairies
Chapter 6: Night Fairies
Jahka has no idea what he is writing about. He is claiming Night Fairies are invisible but he knows they exist. After skimming later in the dragon chapters, he does not even mention the Lady of Dragons. How can one write about dragons without mentioning her? I have just wasted my time with this book.
The 7th Day of the 9th Moon of the Year
I had some spare time at the end of today and I spent it in the library. I spoke to Akma about Tales of Dragons and Fairies, Akma had never heard of Jahka. I should have known. Akma is going to find a good dragon book for me. He also found a book by Gahila hidden away. He is going to let me keep it until I am done. He said he would let me keep it forever if it were not the King’s.
Franklin is still following me everywhere. He even found a way to stay in the building for most of my classes. I need to find out why he is so paranoid. As far as I know, my father does not even know what is going on but it is possible Franklin wrote to him separately without letting me know. That would also explain why my father worded his letter the way he did: personal guard.
