The 6th Day of the 10th Moon of the Year
I was able to sneak out soon after Franklin left. Everyone else was already in bed, other than a few servants. I should have known. I managed to get to the library again. Apparently, Franklin does not trust me to go anywhere else. He will actually give me some space there though.
Akma apparently saw me wandering around last night. What he was doing awake he would not say, but he found something for me. It is a very old book. According to Akma, it was written by a sorcerer who studied the Ehathians. The pages are so crisp, yet soft. I do not think I have ever held a book this old. My father has one probably older than this, but he would never let me even think about touching it. But Akma is allowing me to take this back to my room. Apparently it is from his own collection. I almost feel bad, but I am not letting an opportunity like this pass me by.
